Mahatma Gandhi Convent Higher Secondary School,(hereafter M.G.Convent School) Shajapur is a private unaided school under the general management of the Catholic Diocese of Ujjain, registered under the M.P. Society Registration Act 1973 (No.44 of 1973, Reg. No 3483). In particular it is run by St.Joseph’sCatholic Church at Shajapur. The management enjoys minority rights as enshrined in the Constitution of India: Art 30.

Nursery to class II    08.45 am to 01.30 pm    

  • 2nd Saturdays will be Holidays for the school.
  • Parents can contact the teachers on Second Saturdays from 10.00 am to 12.00 Noon.
  • Teachers will be available in the school for seven working hours on class days  and on Second Saturdays 
  • The parents of weak students should seek remedial help from teachers through the principal.

The School Office
The school office will remain closed on Sundays, and on Holidays. Office staff will not be available on these days.
Visiting Hours
Manager    :  Monday to Friday 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m.
Principal     : Monday to Friday 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

  • All other times, by appointment. 
  • Visitors are not encouraged before 10.00 a.m. & after 4.00 p.m.
